If personal care becomes necessary in the future, Benopa Care can provide a seamless transition to regulated care services.

Every experience is tailored to the individual's abilities and interests, promoting confidence, routine and wellbeing. Where more specialist support is required, Benopa Care can also provide regulated dementia home care.
Do families receive updates?

Yes. With consent, families can receive regular updates following each Companion+ visit, including activities enjoyed, wellbeing observations, photographs where appropriate and highlights from the day. This provides reassurance whether family members live locally or overseas.

Absolutely. Companion+ companions can accompany clients to GP appointments, hospital visits, dentists, opticians, shopping trips, cafés, restaurants, theatres and many other social or personal engagements. We aim to make every outing enjoyable, comfortable and stress-free.
